At Forge Digital, we build digital products that make complicated things feel simple. Our work with Leo Hospitality took that challenge into one of the most operationally demanding industries there is: restaurants.
Leo is an AI-powered operations platform that pulls data from every system a restaurant already runs — POS, reservations, payroll, inventory, and accounting — into a single real-time command center. Instead of jumping between six dashboards to answer one question, operators see sales, labour, inventory, and guest sentiment in one place, backed by no-code automations and an AI assistant they can simply ask.
Forge Digital designed and developed the Leo Hospitality website — the brand, the messaging, and the product experience that introduces Leo to restaurant operators and turns interest into early-access signups.
The Challenge
Restaurant operators are drowning in disconnected tools. Sales live in one system, labour in another, inventory in a third, and pulling a single weekly report can mean hours of copying numbers between tabs. Leo solves that — but a platform that connects six-plus systems and runs on AI is powerful and abstract, which makes it hard to explain.
The website had to make a sophisticated product instantly understandable to busy operators who don't have time to decode software. The core message needed to land in seconds: stop scrambling across a dozen tools — Leo puts your whole operation in one dashboard and gives you hours back every week.
This was more than a landing page. It needed to be a credible SaaS presence that communicated real capability, built trust with operators, and drove qualified early-access signups.
Our Approach
We led with clarity. Leo's concept is strong, but the value had to be obvious the moment someone landed on the page — first the pain (fragmented systems, time lost to reporting), then the payoff (one command center, dramatically less admin time, results in days, not months).
The design uses a modern, data-forward SaaS language — clean, confident, and serious — that signals the platform is enterprise-ready without feeling cold or complicated. Every section was structured to educate: the problem, the unified dashboard, the integrations, the automation and AI, the outcomes, then a single clear call to action.
Throughout, we translated abstract capability into concrete operator benefits. "AI-powered insights" became "just ask a question and get an answer." "No-code automation" became "orders and workflows that run themselves." The goal was to make a complex platform feel practical and within reach.
Website Design & Development
The Leo Hospitality website was built to be the platform's primary acquisition channel — the place where interest turns into early-access signups.
Key focuses included:
- A sharp hero that states the value in one line — unify every system, cut admin time
- A clear visual explanation of the unified dashboard and the platforms it connects
- Sections that turn abstract capability — AI queries, automations, forecasting — into concrete operator wins
- Trust signals like "40% reduction in admin time" and real-time visibility, placed where they matter
- A single, focused early-access conversion path
- A fast, lightweight build with a polished, modern SaaS aesthetic
The result is a site that makes a serious platform feel approachable — enough to build trust and drive action, without overwhelming the operator.
Designing for Operators
Restaurant operators are practical and time-poor. So the design speaks their language: outcomes over jargon, numbers over buzzwords. Every section quietly answers one question — what does this save me? Time, money, or headaches.
That discipline shaped the whole experience. The copy stays direct, the layout stays scannable, and the product's most impressive capabilities are always framed by the real-world problem they solve.
The Result
Leo Hospitality now has a professional, credible front door that makes a sophisticated platform easy to grasp in seconds and turns visitors into early-access leads.
The website positions Leo as a modern, serious operations platform and gives the product the presence it needs to sell itself — a clear brand message paired with a design that matches the ambition of the software behind it.
